Don’t worry, life isn’t over!
With some gentle exercise and great nutrition, you can live well through the menopause and beyond.

I offer 1 to 1 training for women, whether you’re postnatal, peri-menopausal or menopausal. Using kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, we’ll train your whole body.
If you prefer to train with others, I also run group sessions. Designed specifically for women, these sessions will train your core and pelvic floor. These will enable you to regain muscle tone and improve the symptoms of a weak bladder, back pain, poor posture, sciatic pain, stiffness & tightness and learn how to move with ease.

When you work with me, you can be reassured that I am a fully qualified personal trainer. As a specialist in women's health and fitness, I'm a graduate of Burrell Education - the leading educator in how women's body move and how to strengthen it.
