My 6-week beginners’ course is here to help you!

 

Designed to train your core and pelvic floor, you can regain muscle tone and improve the symptoms of a weak bladder, back pain, poor posture, sciatic pain, stiffness & tightness and learn how to move with ease.

 

What’s more, movement burns calories helping with weight loss and releasing a flood of ‘feel good’ endorphins which we could all do with right now.

 

This class is appropriate for any lady, (post-natal, peri/post menopausal, post hysterectomy) who would like to learn how to use the pelvic floor. Train leaks, pain and weakness away!

 

What’s involved?

This 6-week course requires a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band (or equivalent)! We train using functional movement skills with resistance and body weight.

Designed to build strength for the whole body, improve your posture and always work the core and pelvic floor.

Have you been to my classes before? Then join us for advanced core, strength and balance!

Working with resistance you will improve your strength for everyday movement using your core and pelvic floor!

A whole-body workout with to keep you fit and strong for everything motherhood, midlife and beyond could possibly throw at you!

What’s involved?

For this 6-week course please bring your own mat (or something to lie on), set of dumbbells (or equivalent), a resistance band (or equivalent) & a bottle of water!! Your own equipment is key in keeping cross contamination of COVID-19 to minimum.
