6-week course in how to strengthen and train your core and pelvic floor

For mums of any age to work on their core and pelvic floor strength for movement.

Improving symptoms such as back pain, sciatica, weak pelvic floor, weak core, poor posture and general lack of strength. We cover how to safely lift, squat, hip hinge, rotate, carry heavy weight and so many other every day movements to reduce the risk of injury. There is so much that can be done to avoid stress incontinence once you learn how to move well with the pelvic floor engaged. Exercise in any form can help to reduce stress levels and make you feel good.

6-week course in how to maintain the strength in your core and pelvic floor whilst performing everyday movements

If you have attended a course already or want to train your core and pelvic floor through functional movement then this is the class for you.

If you have suffered from the symptoms above and are on the road to recovery or whether you are interested in training to minimise injury risk through functional training then come and take part.

Lifting resistance is vital for physical health as women age. Keeping our muscle mass active; use it or lose it! This can be really helpful to increase energy output to try and avoid weight gain around the middle, keep our muscular-skeletal systems strong, maintain posture, maintain balance to reduce the risk of falling and help to reduce stress hormone production.
